Rooted in both personal experience and professional training, I honor the unique path of each birthing person—whether their birth unfolds at home, in a center, or in a hospital.
With a foundation in natural childbirth education and a deep respect for informed choice, I am committed to offering evidence-based resources, emotional support, and compassionate care that honors your body’s innate wisdom.
Through the integration of movement and self-expression, I also offer pole fitness as a unique and empowering extension of my doula work—supporting strength, confidence, and reconnection to self in every season of motherhood.
It is my heartfelt calling to walk beside women through one of life’s most transformative experiences—helping them feel seen, supported, and deeply rooted every step of the way.
